The app

Tone Finder provides on-device singing pitch detection and practice tools for personal use. The app analyzes microphone audio locally on your iPhone to show note feedback. It is not medical advice, vocal therapy, or a guarantee of singing improvement.

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Tone Finder. If you are under 18, you should use the app with a parent or guardian's permission.

License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use Tone Finder on devices you own or control, subject to these Terms and the Apple App Store terms that apply to your download.

Your responsibilities

You agree not to misuse the app, reverse engineer it, or use it in any unlawful way.

You are responsible for safe use of your device and microphone. Sing at comfortable volumes and take breaks as needed.

Privacy

Your use of Tone Finder is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how microphone access and on-device data are handled.

No warranty

Tone Finder is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Pitch detection depends on your device, environment, and voice. Results may vary and are for practice feedback only.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Theramate limited is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
